By accessing, linking, or utilizing the ItsVyte suite software infrastructure, services, or APIs, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these unified terms of service. If you do not consent to these parameters, you must cease use of the workspace environment immediately.
2. Limitation of Liability & Service Guarantees
ItsVyte provides visual asset manipulation tools and metric mapping capabilities strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" operational basis. To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ItsVyte, its core developers, partners, and platform affiliates assume zero financial, legal, or operational liability for any loss of active workspace files, interrupted workflow synchronizations, unrecovered client tracking hours, or corrupted project storage allocations. Users are solely responsible for executing independent raw backups of all scripts, storyboards, and post-production billing ledgers.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Users maintain absolute visual ownership and proprietary distribution rights over all custom assets, images, link configurations, and direct documents generated within their designated infinite boards. However, the core programming code, proprietary geometric vector logos, UI animations, database connection infrastructure, and platform rendering models remain the exclusive intellectual property of ItsVyte. Unauthorized direct cloning, reverse-engineering, or commercial programmatic duplication of the environment is strictly prohibited.
4. Operational Quotas & Fair Usage
ItsVyte allocates active workspace database limits (e.g., specific gigabyte storage flags) to ensure multi-tenant performance optimization. Users agree not to execute automated scripts designed to bypass authentication protocols, scrape UI elements, or intentionally overload rendering APIs. Any exploitation of service endpoints will result in immediate termination of the associated user token.
